Company / Principles

What we will and will not become

These principles constrain every roadmap decision. They are also a public commitment: if a shipped feature contradicts one of them, that is a bug in our execution, not a change in the principle.

Available

These are current, in-force positioning commitments, not aspirational statements pending future adoption.

Four operating principles

  • Outcome-first

Success is measured by verified accepted outcomes, not feature counts or activity volume.

  • Capability-universal

The architecture does not lock in one model provider, agent framework, or tool ecosystem.

  • Evidence-governed

A claim of completion always ties to an evidence trail; self-reported "done" is never sufficient on its own.

  • Honest about maturity

Every feature states its current maturity; vision and shipped capability are never presented as the same thing.

What Omnacta is explicitly not

CLM-NOT-AGENT-WRAPPERAvailable

Omnacta is not another chatbot wrapped around a model, not a catalogue of specialist-agent buttons, not a model provider, not a coding-only workflow, not an IDE fork presented as the platform, and not a dashboard that observes agents without governing execution.

Negative positioning statements defining what Omnacta is not.
